Festival Concert Series
Peter and Will Anderson,
saxophones and clarinets

April 1, 2017

First United Methodist Church
Port Huron, MI

"Virtuosos on clarinet and saxophone," (New York Times) identical twins Peter and Will Anderson are one of the most extraordinary set of brothers performing music today. They're known for their unique renditions of classic jazz standards and innovative original music. Hailing from Washington, D.C. they moved to New York City as teenagers to attend Juilliard where they received their Bachelors and Masters degrees. The accolades are endless—"these guys flood the room with joy" (The Seattle Times); "toe-tapping, heart-lifting jazz" (New York Post); "remarkable" (The Wall Street Journal). Theatre is Easy sums it up: "jazz history, humor, and live music that you’ll love . . .somehow they manage to accomplish all of these feats with flair and well-placed humor." Sounds like an evening you won’t want to miss, doesn't it?
